Request for Closed Stacks & SEDU items
- Closed stacks items can only be requested by NIE Library members and authorised users only.
- Schedule for the collection of Closed Stacks items:

Notes:
- All closed stacks items must be collected personally by the requestor at the Service Point.
- Normal loan privileges apply. Please refer to other parts of the website for details.
- Please note that closed stacks books are archival materials. They must be handled with care and may be used within the library premises only.
- Closed stacks books will not be retrieved if a lending copy is available. Should the copy be on loan, the user will have to place a hold or reservation for it.
